I am crippled with a

             Pounding heart

            Tearful eyes and  

  Broken smile
For knowing,

             She may never be Mine.

With every beat of my Heart

With every blink of ma Eyes

I live another Trice
Not knowing, 

             If She will ever know

             The way She keeps me alive

             Craving to see her Smile

             The way She lights me inside 

             With her sparkling eyes...........

Like a ebbed leaf 

Meandering in the wind

Venturing to soar high

With crippled wings

Loosing my clutch 

with no sense of hope

Slapped in the face

With triturating reality

I am just lost in the woods

With no where to go

Crying out for help 

But no one comes around
